Val Verde County Free Range Aoudad

Val Verde County Free Range Aoudad - 11/03/14 02:39 PM

Here are most of the remaining rams from our hunts I conducted in Val Verde county during the month of October.
It was our busiest yet most successful October yet and lots of good rams will be going on the wall. I wish I
could do a write up for each one but hopefully the pictures tell the story for you.

Im sorry Rob! I don't know what it is, next time we just need to plan a couple extra days beyond the regular hunt time and yah need
to come out in October.

Auctoneer- we have some pretty good deer hunting but feed year round protein and hunt lightly. Anthrax is an issue in these parts
and do your research of the property in detail. There are some very desolate places in that county with low number of all wildlife.

From 1200 yds. to 7yds. it could have not worked out any better.

*Extremely green for this time of year, rained every day for 5 days straight last week, check out the video link I posted in the Exotic section*

Very nice rams in those pics, thanks for sharing!

We have quite a few aoudad on our lease, but the big rams are very elusive. My best to date was under 27", but I know one of those old goats is going to mess up one of these days...
