I can't tell what is the mainbeam on the right side from those pics. What is called the mainbeam will help you with the width.

I agree with STX, looks like he's double beamed on that side, so it depends on which one is considered the main beam.

Hard to tell, but I think he'd be pushing 19 if he was symmetrical. That right side's short and wonky, but it looks like the left makes up for it. On the right, just use whichever beam gives the widest spread, I'd guess. It's still the same rack, same spread. confused2

I think he will make it but not by alot, i would ground check him, i think a GW would give you a pass if he was 12.75"... But i woul think he should make at least 14, like others said that normal side look wide.
