Nice bucks, lots of hunting pressure, lots of nocturnal activity once the bullets start flying in general season, occasional hunting help from the public. Did I miss anything Scooter?

Looking to buy a place?
You sell the 78 acres?

Young county can be really good if the neighbors don't hunt. I saw a huge buck out there dove hunting a few years back. Also dove can good if you have a tank or two...

I've got a buddy thats selling a couple hundred acres out there with river frontage. Some really nice deer and tons of hogs come and go.

I would avoid it if it's bordered by small properties and is easy access.
