Heading to the Lake Fork/Rusk/Nacogdoches area. Anyone know of any GOOD deer processors in the area?

Not sure if they are taking deer this time of the year but have heard good things and have enjoyed their sausage. Give them a call.

Herrington's is who I use in Brushy Creek. I've used C C's in Elkhart too. I've been happy with both, Herrington's is just closer for me.

You're in Nac but want to drive to Lake Fork? That's a two hour drive each way. The gas will cost almost as much as the processing.

Tommy does a good job in brushy creek (T's). I always use C&C in Elkhart, great price and great service. Never had a bad experience with them

This place is good and I've always used them but they changed their name this year to Skinners (like the grocery store) and my friend said he used them and got a whole lot more meat back this year than he used to. He got two boxes instead of a one box out of a smaller sized deer. Hmm.. partyon555
