Butchering a moose - 02/06/15 12:17 AM
Hey guys I wanted to share my video I made from our time-lapse photos of butchering my brothers moose. We harvested this one right by the river which made life a lot easier for us!
Enjoy

Thanks guys!
The game bags help keep the meat clean and once it gets a good crust on it, it will keep for weeks in that weather.

If we would have known what monster was lurking around, I bet we would have been a little more alert!
I was charged by a 900 pound griz the next day, stopping it with a round to the head at 10 yards!
