Depends on what you mean I suppose, I don't do it anymore as a "recreation", but will do it year round if it is from a "control" perspective". When I did it more for fun, usually started in Jan-Feb , cold and nothing much to do.

Just thinking from a perspective of focusing on control after deer season as to not disrupt deer hunting areas.
I will shoot any on sight but don't specifically target predators during deer season.

I never stop hunting pigs and coyotes. I take a pass on bobcats and foxes.
As for scaring the deer, I live here and shoot quite often. The deer no longer seem worried when I crank off a round at a coyote. They don't run off.

Pretty much the way I run now and even when I had more land. May spend more "quality time" at it in the 10 month off season.

I will call for them every chance I get, all year long. But I do take a shot on everyone I see, as long as the shot is do-able, and safe.

I never stop. Hunt all year round. Enjoy it more than deer hunting. Usually have to wait until after deer season for most of the land I get to hunt. Usually its the night after last day of season.
