I've seen worse, asking for more money. CL can be pretty entertaining. I occasionally look around for goofy stuff like this, but I feel like I did something naughty in a tar paper shack in the Ozarks afterwards.

We have seen cabins like that sell for over $50,000 with lot included in Ruidoso. Some actually looked like they should be condemned, but someone bought them. As our Realtor friend says, "It has potential", and then he starts laughing.

Any time I see "deer lease special" my mind automatically thinks POS that he has to move from his lease and can't.
