Any sporting clays competitions or shooting benefits going around in East Texas this winter or heading into spring? I use to shoot competition 4-h shoots ever since I was in middle school and I love clay shooting. I'm down here in Southeast Texas and we have Ducks Unlimited sponsored shoots everynow and then. I even travel to Louisiana to do benefits shoots. Won a rifle there at a shoot one day. Donate and raffle shoots are always good turnouts and fun to shoot! If anyone knows of any please pm me.

This place usually has a shoot just about every weekend. Can look up the event schedule. I shoot in 4-5 a year there.

There are three good resources to find out when a shoot is being held.
www.iclays.comwww.winscore.comwww.shooterspages.comIclays and winscore will only show you the events that are using their scoring systems. Shooters page shows you everyone's events.

Rose City Sporting Clays in Tyler is a great place as well.
