Recently took a trip to Alabama gulf coast and on the way out
stopped at Billy's seafood market in Bon Secour for a bunch
of fish and shrimp. Don't usually have food pics but wife took
This one to send to our son so he wouldn't stop at whataburger.
Red snapper with salt & pepper, paprika & cumin pan seared in
just a bit of olive oil to a delicious crispy skin.
For the shrimp melted some butter, added salt, pepper and a
bit of minced garlic turned up the heat and sauteed.
Tasted better than a phone pic can show. Also have some grouper
(my favorite) and already cooked the one mahi mahi they had.
