All those are good. Tabasco makes a sriracha sauce now that is really good. Think of a smokey, chipotle sriracha.

Tapatio, Cholula, Valentina, Sriracha, Louisiana ... plus a few others
Mine is very mild. Frank's. It's great mixed in w/ the eggs.

Some that is made in Ranger TX and I pick it up in a Resturant/truckstop in Eastland. I am out if it and will remedy that on the next trip out that way.

And that old standby The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce gets a lot of use

I have switched to this instead of sriracha. I like the flavor a bit better... not as sweeet and more vinegary
