Depends. I would eat two of those in a sitting so one with and one without. What's your recipe?
It came from the freezer. It was a 10 pound butt that I had kept in the freezer for awhile. My neighbor was smoking some ribs. I put it in there, then wrapped it and put it into the oven for around three hours. I made a couple of meals out of it.
Then froze it again.
