After 5 days of oatmeal, then yesterday Pumpkin spiced frosted Mini Wheat cereal for breakfast

I busted a move this morning brothers and sisters and was saved

Looks good! I cut down from 3 to 2 eggs scrambled with onions, jalapenos, & cheese topped with Louisiana hot sauce...and a small bowl of oatmeal & honey. What I've been eating pretty much every morning. In an hour I'll be chewing on a chicken & beef fajita salad covered in japs.

No it (Oatmeal) does not, bananas and hard boiled eggs are lethal though

Looks great. I like to make "egg mcmuffins" take those biscuits split em and egg a few pieces of bacon broke in half and then a piece of cheese... mmmm Messy with a runny yolk, but the only right way to eat a fried egg in my book.

Yep I do that sometimes with toast or biscuits, good stuff
