Lets do it on here with presentations. I've saved several of my regulars. I'll go first.

Surf & turf. Pan seared venison tenderloin, blackened shrimp, oven roasted quail, corn maque choux, sweet potatoes/onions/cherry tomatoes, crab stuffed bacon wrapped japs.

Carnitas on homemade flour tortillas and frijoles.

Crawfish etouffee.

Swiss Steak with collard greens.

Pork chop & eggs.

Papas con chorizo with onions & jalapenos.

Fresh pan seared yellowfin tuna and corn maque choux.

Deer chili - Texas Red.

Posole Verde.

Venison Wellington.




Bacon & egg sandwich.

but then I'd have to deal with complainers, LOL. I'd rather just cook for my friends & family. Speaking of which we need to get together one of these days. No work, just play. Kill some critters/fish, cook some food.

Can only sit in the stand for so long before I have to have a taco or two, or three.
