I learned too late that you could do skin and scales of specs on the grill. I had only done redfish. What other fish have you cooked on the grill?

Crappie, catfish, large mouth bass, lake trout, rainbow trout and salmon
Also Catfish channel, blue and flathead;.

Cooked snapper last week just like that. Do salmon all the time like that. Put it in some Hawaiian marinade a few hours before.
