First Mother's Day

I'm not a big gift buyer, but I can cook



Started off with some aged gouda, blue cheese, toast and some prosciutto.

To wash it all down a rose.



Then, We moved on to King Crab, New York strip with some blue cheese butter that I made with the above blue cheese and some homemade mac n' cheese.

Washed down with a nice Malbec

My wife would have eaten the steak and mac and cheese and thrown the rest in the trash lol she has very simple taste, perhaps why she can stand me.
