I'm a huge fan of butter beans (lima beans), make them all the time....but how many of you eat white beans (Navy Beans)? They are also pretty popular in S Louisiana. Had them again today, I likem'. Just started eating them this year.

But then again being from Tennessee we use to eat pinto beans and cottage cheese. Half and half in a bowl...the bean HOT and the cheese COLD. With some cornbread made in a cast skillet DAM!!!!
