Chicken spectacular

My neighbor dropped by with a double helping of this chicken casserole. It was delicious. Thought some of you might like to try it.



Chicken Spectacular
Allrecipes
Ingredients
3 cups water
1 cup uncooked wild rice
3 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast meat
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimento peppers, drained
1 onion, chopped
2 (14.5 ounce) cans French-style green beans, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Sounds pretty good!

looks good to me for a chicken dish ... but I like casseroles (especially chicken ones)

I emailed her this link anyway. She showed up with another covered dish just as as was getting ready for my martini.




She stayed for a glass of wine. I gave her some home grown tomatoes and sent her on her way.
