Did a little cooking tonight

Smoked chicken thighs, venison German sausage, and baked squash/zucchini casserole.
Wasn’t too bad.

I love squash but don't do casseroles. I just served up a bunch of yellow and green squash, but I just quartered them lengthwise and sauted them in Olive oil with coarse SPG. Good stuff.

My squash are still a ways out, this cold has been hell on the growth of my garden.

Stir fry it with onions and peppers, then add salsa.
