HEB had whole pork loins on sale so I picked a couple up. Gonna cook this one for the crew tonight. Stuffed it with japs, green onions, pan sausage, cream cheese and garlic. Wrapped the whole thing in two pounds of bacon.

waiting on the after cooked pictures! Looks great so far. I tried the bacon weave a couple times but find it just too much of a PITA for the results ... I just lay out strips of bacon slightly overlapping, then roll.
