Everything you make looks fantastic, Skinner...I've been living in a hotel for a few weeks now and I am SICK of eating out. Very little good food over here in New Port Richey, Florida.

They're just small intestines from a cow. Boiled until tender (I rinse them out first) and then fried in their own grease. If you like livery things (I do) you'll probly like them.

I don't do livery things so I'm out but everything else looks great!

Thanks MD, man I know that feeling. I've spent a lot of time in hotels working on the road too and got sick of eating out. A crock pot and small convection oven became my friends. I created all sorts of concoctions cooking in hotel rooms. I've never been to that part of Florida....

I'm here working for FEMA doing disaster housing inspections. I'm switching hotels on Friday to the hotel my coworker is staying in across the street. He has a mini kitchen in his and we are going to start cooking dinners. Looking forward to it!

My turnips are now bulbiing. I plan to cook up some next week with a batch of mustard greens.



I send in extra towards the principal every month.

I've already shaved an extra year off of my mortgage by doing that.

We decided to start sending off more extra after I used the extra payment calculator to learn how much sooner I could pay it and how much I would save in interest over the life of the mortgage.

If zillow is right about how much the place is worth, I've already got $142,000 in equity--that's more in equity than my first house cost total. I owe less on it than the lowest amount it's ever sold for if the market were to drop and I were to need to sell for some reason. But still, I'd like to keep getting it lower just in case.
That planting chart was wrong for broccoli. I planted these from seed on August first. I transplanted them around the middle of September. Take a close look and you can see a broccoli head starting to form.



I'm putting cilantro in everything I cook. It's still trying to take over.

I don't have the disk yet but it is coming soon. It was better on the disk but still pretty darn good eat and all enjoyed it. I really appreciate you turning me on to that Pastor

Ever do fajitas on there? The first ieverhad was on a 'disc. We called them disk back in the old days.
