Grilled Redfish on the half shell seasoned with salt, pepper, topped with onion and lemon. Then the bacon wrapped dove poppers: dove marinated in honey balsamic and garlic. The cream cheese has paprika, onion powder and hatch chile jack cheese mixed in. Then I also added orange bell pepper and then finished them with a light brushing with a raspberry chipotle sauce.
