Macaroni & Cheese

I finally got around to making my meatloaf. It came out fine, but the icing on the cake came from this old box.

I like taking ground beef mixed with taco seasoning with boxed mac n cheese.

I joked with my wife the other day. My wife and I have eaten HEB brand macaroni and cheese since we were children the kind with the powder you add milk and butter too. We had a package of Kraft that had the liquid cheese in it the other night and both of us said after the first bite we liked the powdered store brand better I told her we must really be cheap rednecks.

I do love me some shells n cheddar, but yeah there is something magical about the powder cheese.
