Lemon pie

My neighbor gave me some lemons from her tree. I couldn't just throw them away. This has to be the easiest pie in the world. Cool Whip, condensed sweetened milk. Aka Eagle Brand Milk, and a half cup lemon juice.

My wife makes the same pie, takes 5 minutes and its delicious

One 8 oz. pkg. creamed cheese

1 can Eagle brand milk

1/3 cup lemon juice

Pour into graham cracker crust

Optional: Canned sweetened cherries on top, so I'm told, yuk.

After years of making this I have figured out to mix well just the creamed cheese and Eagle brand milk first, then mix in the lemon juice. That makes it easier to avoid lumps.

Also can get by on reduced fat creamed cheese and reduced sugar Eagle milk, but NEVER the no fat, no sugar stuff.
