My son in law and I did our first batch of bratwurst. Used the stuff from Cabelas that comes with spices and hog casing. I gotta tell you it tasted great.

I used a buck I shot last year. I didn't add anything else to it. It really turned out great.

Made some from a hog we shot last year. They were good but I definitely needed to add more fat to them.
