Acorn squash...

Anyone else like them?

Cooking these tonight.

Simple..
Cut squash in half, remove seeds, add butter and salt and pepper. Then drizzle over some honey.

We do the same thing but use brown sugar instead of honey....love the stuff....

I gave my neighbor half of my garden. He grows them. I've never tried them.

Bill, cook them for a hour at 350.

been feasting on them for 50+ yrs...butter with brown sugar.

Peel, dice then roast. I skip the sugar and use Old Bay, salt, pepper drizzled with olive oil.
Roast until caramelized. Good chit!
