Need ideas

Made some st Louis cut ribs awhile back and froze the chine bones and brisket. Any suggestions on what to do with them? Would they be any good grilled?

Probably dry out after being frozen. I throw mine in a pot of beans or collard greens.

Wait until the next cold snap and make a pork & vegetable soup. Fire up a grill and use a hand full of wood chips to give the meat color & a little smoke flavor (also render some fat), then throw in a pot with your veggies & chicken broth. Season to taste.

Smoke 'em and put them in a pot of beans.
