Applewood smoked bacon wrapped dove with gouda mixed with cream cheese, orange bell pepper, and finished off with a roasted raspberry chipotle sauce. Also with the meal is pork ribeyes with mac n cheese with more applewood smoked bacon and spinach.

Peppers bought tonight. Dove, Cream cheese with garlic bacon wrapped and smoked for a bit tomorrow. Probably throw on some ribs too.
