Yep, I get mine up to 700 degrees for grilling steaks, get a nice char on the outside and pure suppleness in the middle.

Yep, I get mine up to 700 degrees for grilling steaks, get a nice char on the outside and pure suppleness in the middle.
That can make for a bitter outside.
