Can you cook fresh peas in one?

Anything. Peas will take a very short time. Pinto beans take 7 minutes at pressure after soaking.

Season them lightly, salt seems to amplify in PC. Bring it up to full pressure and keep it there for five minutes, let it cool naturally and try it. Never done fresh peas so guessing. You can add more time if needed. I had to sneak up on my pinto cook time to figure it out. I was worried about a frozen ham hock cooking in seven minutes with the beans. They fall apart.

Pierce it with a knife in several places and push whole garlic cloves into the holes. Coarse SPG on the outside, over a bacon drippings rub.

You have to have a reduction to get your stock or potliker to the right thickness. How do you do that with a pressure cooker?
