Not your standard Wings...

Here's my go-to wing recipe for game day. If you can do the first part outside your wife will thank you. Boil 4 bottles of your favorite beer with a WHOLE LARGE bottle of Tobasco in a large pot. Toss in 36 wings, boil for 15 minutes. Second part: Dip each wing in your favorite spicy BBQ sauce and place on foil lined cookie sheets. Place in an oven at 375 for 15 minutes. I sometimes add a stick of butter to the first part if I remember. The end product is spicy, but not "blood running out of your nose" spicy.

I re-read my recipe and need to clarify, that's 36 wing sections, 18 flappers and 18 drumettes, or any variety of the two. Not 36 whole wings. I guess you could do whole wings if you double the beer and T-sauce?
