Cooking at a dinner next month that has an Asian theme to it. I got put in charge of the ribs so tested out a recipe today. Turned out pretty dang good! Normal rub, but did a glaze with honey, gochujang, rice wine vinegar, beer and fermented bean paste. Subtle spice and a little funk from the bean paste, finished with cilantro.
