Nice work. We just made our first batch using a KitchenAid attachement which I highly recommend. Wouldn't be great for larger batches, but great for smaller ones for sure.

Yea. We use a KitchenAid for grinding. But we just got a vertical 5 lbs cylinder stuffer, and it work awsome. Makes stuffing alot eiser.
