Put your glasses on and look again for the brown sugar. Look on the can for the onion.

Dang! Disguised as bacon you old crafty one. Ok a little onion. You ain't wiggling out of the bell pepper shortage though.

A little dab of mustard goes in mine. I see the balsamic. That'll do I guess.

That would be good with hot dogs on the grill.

I use quite a bit of mustard in mine. Also, some molasses with the brown sugar. The bacon I pre-cook and add both the grease and bits of bacon. Also add more onion than in the can. Also, get a bit more smokiness than the sauce alone by cooking in the smoker, with pecan, for a couple of hours.

Looks real good. Mine are about the same as yours except that I add extra onions, some molasses, Woody's Cooking sauce, and a splurt of catchup.
