Jalapeno and cheese vension breakfast sausage.....

OMG it is amazing. I had the processor make me a batch and it is like crack it's so good. If you haven't tried it, you should, it is simply wonderful. We smoked a log of it the other day and again was just wonderful. I have a new favorite thing for the smoker next time we fire it up.
