give me the secret to grilling these bad boys> I have them marinating.

Direct heat, indirect heat till close then over coals for some char??

Make a rub of SPG and (dark) brown sugar. Toss the wings in the rub. Smoke them over mesquite for an hour then finish in oven at 350. Make a big batch. They good.
