It's what I call sausage and shrimp creole. I'm living off the land and the kindness of neighbors. I froze the sauce when my tomatoes were in. The sausage was a gift, and the broccoli came from my neighbors garden. It's been too long since I've had a rice dish. It started like this.

You have to like the firmer taste of 50/50 sausage. Some people try to use it for breakfast. I like mine with sauces and gumbos.

I'll have this one Saturday night.
