Fowl Meat

Hello All!

Went out this past weekend and got some (first time ever); Crane, Duck, Goose...any help on some recipes would be much appreciated.

Right now, they are in the freezer, any issues with thawing and then refreezing or once thawed do I need to cook up what is out?

No problem with thawing and refreezing.
