Now add Original Rotel, garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, bacon, and chicken broth. Stir. Cover and let simmer for a couple of hours. Spoon off excess oil. When about ready, will add Worchestershire, parsley, and season to taste. Will let cool down and put in fridge. Tomorrow, will make some rice to spoon this over and get after it.
