I believe that I saw a thread here a while back on Curley's deer bacon. I ordered the mix today since I shot a couple of deer on Saturday. Cant wait to get it cooked up.

you would be lucky to get 2 lbs of meat off a deer tor bacon... IMHO make a good breakfast sausage .
