Kung Pao Pheasant

So I didn't use pheasant because I didn't have any but I plan on doing some pheasant hunting next year because these recipes are so dang good! Used chicken instead and it was the bomb!

My wife and I eat kung pow from Panda at least once a week. That recipe looks easy enough to fix ourselves.

It's pretty easy just hard to get some of the ingredients. I ordered some online but you could use subs.
