K-bobs

K-bobs - 02/28/15 06:50 PM

My garden was in full color a couple of years ago. I bought some K-bob sticks. The package is still unopened. They're just more trouble than I want to go through. I saw some great looking one on the OT forum. I still don't have the energy. Do you do them?

I go heavy on the meat vs veggies.

Another set of them.

cut up small, soaked in a stick of melted margarine, worchestershire, Cachere's. zesty italian & a touch of jalapeno juice

Put on a skewer with bacon & jalapenos, and marinade poured back on it

chunked on a grill for about 15 minutes/1 beer (until bacon is done)

I do them pretty regular if I have company. Cooked some a few weeks ago during a pig hunting tournament. Shrimp K-bobs with plenty of other meat to go along with it. I love K-bobs.

I don't mind the work as long as folks enjoy what they are eating.

I like using them. In the summer when my garden is in, we use them a lot.

Had shrimp kbobs last night. Shrimp, potatoes, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and pineapple. They were great.
