Always looking for new things to do with deer meat and tried making Mongolian Beef recipe with venison last night. It came out great and my wife who typically doesn't care for trying new things liked it as well. Real simple recipe, come up as the P.F. Chang's Mongolian beef recipe if you Google Mongolian beef recipe. Simple process and simple list of ingredients, only thing I had to buy I didn't already have was ginger. I also added a small onion sliced into the sauce because that's how its been when I've eaten it at restaurants before. I put it over a bed of egg noodles, will try rice next time. Notes for next time are to really finely mince the ginger, and will have more vegies on hand to add to the sauce.
