The Popo's in Kerrville (old Pampell's) is the best of the two. 'Wish the Welfare one was better, but after years and years of going there, it ain't.

If you gotta little green to spend on a special trip, go to Peggy's on the Green (downtown Boerne). Southern fine dining.

Fritzs BBQ isnt worth it....Skip it...Hungry Horse cafe was really good the 2 times we ate there... Down home cooking...

I haven’t been to Boerne for a couple years, didn’t know Riverside was gone. Too bad. Guess they couldn’t sell enough BBQ to pay the taxes on that prime piece of property.
