Now enjoying margaritas and Tex-Mex.....

.....at Esparza's in Grapevine, TX as I wrap up my vacation.....life is good!

Spent a few days working around the house then ran down to SPI for a couple days....on the way home we stopped in at Rockport and spent a day with my uncle fishing Matagorda bay....then back home for a couple more days around the house....a quick trip to DFW (just long enough to remind me why I stay away) and finishing up with lunch at Esparzas....I used to come here 3-4 times a month when I lived in Irving ('88-'92)..... my wife loves the food and margarita!

Irma kept us away from the vacation to south Florida we had planned months ago....I think we made good use of the time off....

Back to work 3am tomorrow....

Great place to eat! And drink!!! Glad y'all had a fun vacation even though you had to change the location plans

Yep, Irma eliminated our trip to St. Thomas as well. I'm glad we didn't go, looks like Maria is taking what is left down there.

Bay was very fresh....caught a few keepers.....

We landed a variety tho.....reds, specks, sheephead, black drum, bay snapper, sail cats , hardheads, skipjacks, and a couple others I can't recall....

Had a really good day considering the condition of the water.....

Since we were so close we made a quick dash up to 407 for a little "Q" to go for dinner when we get home....now we are headed to Northern tool in Arlington then get the heck out of the metro-mess before rush hour hits...

Clean and quiet....no hurricane damage and we were there Tue-Fri am....not a lot of people around....quite enjoyable...

had lunch at Esparza's on Saturday while I was enjoying Grapefest. Good food and drinks where really cold on Saturday.

That turkey from Tmans is top shelf grub for sure Glad yall had a good trip
