I've heard nothing but great things from Bolivar St. Will make a run up there soon.

I ate lunch at Bolivar St today. The moist cut (point) sliced beef is some of the best I've had. The ribs were OK but would not go too far out of my way to get them. Sides were good also. Railhead in Ft Worth is my measuring stick for ribs (I don't care for their brisket). Now I have two good places for brisket that are close enough for me to get to. I still give 407 the edge for flavor.

Bryan, you should check it out. It would be worth your drive up 35. They seem like pretty good folks as well. They are in a building that was a Cajun place at one time. It's just east of the square.

I know the guys mom very well. She's my catering coordinator at Gateway Church. Very good people indeed. I plan on making a drive up there
