The Spread BBQ-Brady, TX

If you get a chance during meal time, stop at the Spread on S. Bridge (HWY 377) in Brady.
Be sure to get at least one quail popper, the jalapeno sausage or the brisket.
They make their beans on site and they're endless and very tasty.

This used to be the original Hard 8 BBQ. I talked with the Pit Master after Hard 8 left who said he and a few locals were interested in keeping that location going as it was always busy. Do you by chance know if these are the same people? I really thought that spot had some really great BBQ when it was going.
