I took my wife out for dinner today and she wanted to hit Ninfa's in Waco.... Ok, been there tons of times and it's her call so we're off. My only thing to her was you have to try something you've never had so she did: the crawfish enchiladas and they were really good. I went WAY OUT THERE and ordered the crab meat burrito. OH MY GOD it was freaking incredible!! Tons of sweet crab with a great cream sauce..... Stuffed but would eat another one just because it was THAT GOOD!!!

If you want to try a new direction give it a try!

I used to eat at the original Ninfa's in Houston on Westheimer. Mama had her little gazebo in the middle where her table was. Their carnitas were legendary.

But was it better than Joe T's?

Thanks for the tip, Booger! Haven't been to Ninfa's in a while. Will have to go try those.
