Tom Dokken's Puppy Retriever DVD

Does anyone have a copy of Tom Dokken's Puppy Training DVD that they want to sell? Or know where I can find one? I watched this DVD a while back before getting my pup and thought it was great but now I can't find a copy anywhere. Its out of stock everywhere so I guess it was discontinued.
