The rancher I lease from has a 700 acre lease available in Mullin Tx. between Goldwaithe (8 miles west) and Brownwood (24 miles east).
The price is $8000 total for 7 hunters.
Camp site but no house.
Water & electric available.
I'm just helping him find hunters by listing it here.

I know it has ponds on it but I have only driven up to the roping arena once 4 years ago, so I'm unsure about a creek.
I hunt about a half a mile from there.
I do know some of the hunters that where there and they killed some really good deer.
Their group split up, thus the lease coming open.

cool we got a place that one of my friends just bought in mills county about 1,000 acres......we have been leasing land down their for the past 15yrs.

We have been leasing land just north of Zephyr for the last 10 years and the area is great. The price is cheap enough.

I have been hunting this area (Mullin) for the last 6 seasons and have seen and taken some great deer. We're on 2500 acres about 3 miles outside of Mullin.
