430 acres in Latimer County Oklahoma
Hunting Land for Lease Details: Here's a solid 430 acre southeastern Oklahoma lease in Latimer County. This lease is comprised of 80-90% timber with several CRP clearings. There is a nice pond stocked with fish that should also provide some great waterfowl hunting. While inspecting, I saw plenty of acorns on the ground with deer and turkey sign everywhere. This place is very thick, hilly and will hunt a lot bigger than most 430 acre farms. This county has produced some giant deer in the past. With deer hunting, fishing, turkey, waterfowl and an occasional wild hog and bear, this property will make a great year round lease. Spring is right around the corner...enjoy a morning turkey hunt then relax with some fishing during the midday. There are no cattle on this property and there is a well site that you could probably put a camper on. There is also an RV park about a mile east of this lease

240 acres in Okfuskee County Oklahoma
The Southern part is full of timber and draws, and the center of the property is timber and grass. The Northern part of property is more open, but being open didn't bother this property at all. Walked this property and noticed lots of deer sign and there were a few turkey in the Northeast side of the field strutting as well. Property is north of Wetumka, Oklahoma.
Wewoka Creek runs from the Southwest boundary to the Northwest boundary of the property with that being said there were a lot of deer, hog and turkey travel in this area also. With three ponds on the property plus the river, hunters can do some waterfowl hunting too. There were lots of good deer sign all over this property and with it being laid out the way it is, you can station four hunters if needed to where some good hunting could happen. Lots of cover on this property with good travel areas for the deer and for whatever else your hunting.

Beaver County Oklahoma 1415 acres
Beaver County Oklahoma Hunting Lease 1415 acres
Property consists of grass lands, draws, and timber lines scattered around the property. Property is 1/2 Mile off of Beaver River Wildlife Management Area. Whitetail, Mule deer, quail and a few turkey run this property. While inspecting I saw lots of deer tracks coming and going on this property. Some very good tracks running the small draws, where the deer travel coming and going back and forth to the management area. Landowner says and I confirm that this area has had little water lately and property looks ruff but there are good signs of deer traffic all throughout this property.

Cows are present on the property.
Four wheelers are ok to use during hunting seasons only
Stands are ok
I would suggest using cattle panels around feeders to keep cattle out of your feeders.
There is electric hook up for camper on property and land owner says hunters can use it.
Landowner would like for hunters to contact ranch hand when they are going to property to hunt, so he will know who is there

1150 acres in Beaver County Oklahoma
This is for you western Oklahoma bird and deer hunters. There are numerous mule deer and whitetail deer. Along with deer there is a good number of upland birds (Quail and Pheasant) and also this property is in the heart of one of Oklahoma's top bird producing counties. There are also a few turkey in the area and dove and predator hunting available as well. I spoke with Biologist from Oklahoma Wildlife Department and he says this area should have a high number of mule deer.
This property is a mixture of upland, flood plain and CRP bottoms. Sagebrush and buffalo grass are predominate on upland sites, which are interspersed with sand plum thickets and rolling sand hills. Bottomlands consist of sand plum thickets, salt cedar and mixed grassland.
This property will make an exceptional hunting lease for deer, upland birds and predator hunting.
Ground blinds, tower blinds and feeders are all permitted on this property. Along with four wheelers to travel the area.
Property just few miles from town, so no need for camping.
